Present isn’t the same as prepared.
A sitting non-executive director costs around $20,000 a year. Quorate convenes a full panel covering every internationally recognised NED role before each meeting — get more from the directors you have, benchmark them against independent experts over time, and pay a fraction of one seat.
Your first meeting is free.

What counts as a meeting?
One board meeting's papers — agenda, board materials, previous minutes — convened into one pre-read, including its review rounds. Reconvening the same meeting after uploading a revised paper counts as the same meeting.
Who sees our papers?
Your documents are encrypted with keys that belong to your organisation before they are stored. They are processed by the model provider shown at convening time, and by no one else. Quorate is not a director, holds no office, and gives no legal, financial or investment advice — your board decides.
What's the difference between the global bench and a jurisdiction bench?
The global bench is the international medley: 25 governance disciplines written against statute, codes and regulator guidance across the major markets — the right default when your board answers to more than one regime. Selecting a jurisdiction on a paid plan swaps in benches written inside your regime — Delaware fiduciary law and listing standards for the US, the Companies Act and FRC Code for the UK, the two-tier model and EU directives for Europe, the Listing Rules and 2025 Code amendments for Hong Kong, the Companies Act 1967 and SGX/MAS stack for Singapore — so the panel challenges your papers the way your own regulator would.
Why so far below a NED's rate?
Quorate doesn't replace a director — it makes the meeting a director attends worth more. The pack goes in sharper, the questions arrive already asked, and the board spends its time where directors earn their seat: on judgement.
